The Administration and Teaching Staff of CROSSROAD INTERNATIONAL LEARNING CENTRE are highly qualified international and national staff with extensive expertise and experience in an international educational setting. Appointment to staff will be conditional on such applicants wholeheartedly subscribing to the aims and ethos of the education centre.

All administration and academic staff are required to be fluent in English and to have current registration with the relevant professional associations in their countries of origin. Teaching staff will be subject to regular professional evaluation procedures and ongoing professional development in order to maintain the highest standards of pedagogy.

As a Christian parent, I want my child to grow both spiritually and academically, and yes, I chose a CROSSROAD INTERNATIONAL LEARNING CENTRE. I have been so impressed with all the learning performances and resources from the education centre. I am very pleased to see my child is taught in a loving, caring and educational Christian atmosphere. A big applause and massive thanks to the teachers who are nurturing and supporting my child to improve his learning and confidence. Your expertise in teaching has put my mind at ease. The academics are exceptional and the teaching methods and approaches are excellent as they are using direct methods (Teaching English Through English).
