POSITION: Front Office Administrator

REPORT TO: Principal

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: As per contract terms and conditions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist organization with various clerical and administrative tasks, usually including routine paperwork and communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and so on.
  • Dealing with government departments
  • Manage student database
  • Book air tickets & issue visa letters
  • Parents Liaison
  • Handle new inquiries
  • Responsible for all insurance matters: payments, claims, and benefits
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies personnel of visitor arrival
  • Update appointment calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Receive mail and packages, sort, organize and distribute appropriately
  • Clear and concise written and spoken Thai, Myanmar, and English
  • Knowledge of the Thailand context
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Answers the office phone and email and social media in a professional and polite manner
  • Supports students and teachers by directing them appropriately
  • Provide School Tours when needed
  • Assist Account and Admin officer with school fees collection, payments, and receipts

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Citizen or Permanent Resident of Thailand
  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of school administration
  • Able to do multitasking in a very responsive way
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
  • Able to work as a part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Clear and concise written and spoken Thai, Myanmar, and English knowledge of the Thailand context
  • Good Computer skills including Thai, English, and Myanmar Typing skills
