Primary School

The Primary education program begins at Foundation and extends to Year 6 (typically for students aged from 4 to 11 years).

While most subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Computing, Religious Education, etc.) are taught by the class teachers, specialist teachers come in for some lessons (such as Music, Physical Education, Art, etc.). Specialist teaching can be provided in the area of ESL/EAL (English as a Second Language / English as an Additional Language) where required.

Students study an international curriculum but with plenty of input to reflect the history, geography and culture of Thailand, Myanmar, and the surrounding region, as well as some topics which pick up on the international mix of students and staff. Regular testing and reporting take place to monitor and inform parents of student progress using internationally recognised testing.

Support staff are available to students with particular educational needs, including students for whom English is a second, additional or foreign language, and consideration will be given to supporting the educational and cultural settings from which our international students are drawn.

Secondary School

The Middle School phase includes Years 7 to 9 (typically for learners aged from 11 to 14 years). Students will experience a balanced and broad international education that prepares them as life-long learners. This phase of schooling provides a natural progression from primary to secondary education with clear learning objectives and a solid foundation in the areas of English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Information & Communications Technology, Religious Studies, Art, Music, Health and Physical Education. Each of the classes in Middle School also has a class teacher who functions as a pastoral tutor for the class, and several other teachers who specialise in their particular subject or subject groups.

As a Christian parent, I want my child to grow both spiritually and academically, and yes, I chose a CROSSROAD INTERNATIONAL LEARNING CENTRE. I have been so impressed with all the learning performances and resources from the education centre. I am very pleased to see my child is taught in a loving, caring and educational Christian atmosphere. A big applause and massive thanks to the teachers who are nurturing and supporting my child to improve his learning and confidence. Your expertise in teaching has put my mind at ease. The academics are exceptional and the teaching methods and approaches are excellent as they are using direct methods (Teaching English Through English). This is a great education centre that my child loves and has come on lots since starting this education centre.

The best part of CROSSROAD INTERNATIONAL LEARNING CENTRE are the teachers, sports and their friends. For me what's most special about this education centre is the teacher's love for God and the students.   The love and guidance our children receive from their teachers in their studies and in the development of their personalities are remarkable.   We feel peaceful and grateful our children are in the good hands of their teachers both professionally and personally.
